And a very tenacious little bonsai it is too. As much as the rock pattern confuses me (or perhaps because of it) I really like staring at it.

A very inspiring scene—great work. This reminds me of the work of Roger Dean, actually—he sometimes does trees like this in similar situations (e.g. cover of "The Flights of Icarus" book).

Lovely picture. The title doesn't fit at all for me, though. I get a feeling that this tree is absolutely enormous, towering over a mountain range, rather than a little bonsai. Did you model the tree yourself?

No , I got the Bonsai tree from archicg.com or something like that, I cannot remember the name exactly but just google it.I have more plans for this tree and your idea about the scale will be one I experiment with. Thanks for your comments Oskar.

I like it! love the lighting, and the tree, and the contrast of colors between the leaves and the rock! Nicely done! Only thing I would do, would be to pan the camera to the right a bit, so that the tree is on the left and the rock slope gracefully leads the viewers gaze off the picture. which would draw greater attention to the tree and the lighting. Just an idea. :)

Thanks, sounds like an idea worth trying out, if it sucks I will just blame you for it all :))
